Instructions
Face to the ground, arms stretched, hands separated by a length equal to or greater than shoulder width, feet together or slightly apart.

  • Inspire and flex your arms to go down
  • Push on the floor until you get the full extension of the arms.

Sets

Do four sets; in each one do the amount of repetition until failure

Works the major pectoral (primary) and triceps (secondary)
