  • 3 large eggs (as you wish)
  • 2 teaspoons salsa (as you wish)
  • 1 tablespoon guacamole (as you wish)


  1. put the eggs into a preheated, nonstick skillet over high heat, breaking the yolks.
  2. Cook on one side until fully cooked.
  3. Top with remaining ingredients.
  4. Enjoy with integral bread or tortilla.
