Ingredients

  • 5  or more large oranges, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup minced tarragon leaves
  • 1/2 cup chopped picholine olives
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Toss all ingredients together, season as needed, and serve immediately.
