Instructions

On your feet or sit down,  put with dumbbells at your shoulder high

  • inhale and alternately start making an elevation of the arms vertically.
  • exhale while returning to the initial position.

Sets

Do four sets, each set from 6-12 repetition by increasing the weight and decreasing the amount repetitions.
