Instructions

On your feet, flex your legs a Little bit, your body incline forward and back straight

  • Inhale and do an extensión of the forearm.
  • Exhale while returning to the initial position.

Sets

Do 4 sets from 6 to 12  reps, increasing the weight and decreasing the amount reps.
