JT Home Fit alternate extension of the forearms with dumbbells

Instructions

On your feet or sit down, grab the dumbbells with one hand and go down beside your head.

  • Inhale and make the extensión of your forearm.
  • Exhale while returning to the initial position.

Sets

Do four sets, each one 6 – 12 repetitions

Muscle involved

This exercise works the large or long portion of the tríceps very efficiently, and this allows to have a long contraction during the exercise.
