Instruction

With your arms supported in a bank and your feet on the ground

  • Inhale and make a flexion of the forearms follow of an extension of the forearms
  • Exhale while returning to the initial position

Sets

Do four sets, until failure each set.

Muscle Involved

This exercises works the triceps (primary), chest and deltoids (secondary)

Note
once it becomes easy, you can add a disk of 20 pounds for a better  triceps contraction.
